Front desk training / Medspas

Your marketing makes the phone ring. Your front desk decides if it books.

The short answer

KBhaus trains medspa front desk and patient coordinator teams to turn inquiries into booked consultations: answering the price question with confidence, recommending the right first appointment and following up with clients who aren't ready yet. Training is led by our senior team, drawing on executive-level, high-ticket sales experience.

Nº 01 · Where medspa bookings slip

"How much is Botox?" is a buying question.

Most medspa inquiries start with price. An unprepared answer sounds like a number and a goodbye, and the caller keeps shopping.

A trained coordinator welcomes the question, explains what affects the cost, recommends a consultation and books it. Then they follow up with anyone who needs more time.

Nº 02 · What the training covers

Built for aesthetic practices.

The call

The first 60 seconds

An opening that makes callers feel looked after, and a natural way to ask for the booking.

The price question

Answering cost with confidence

How to talk about Botox, filler and laser pricing without losing the caller.

The follow-up

Bringing undecided clients back

Follow-up routines for consults that didn't book, partly automated so nothing slips.
