The First 60 Seconds Call Script
The short answer
A free call opening for front desk teams at medspas, dental practices and studios. Five beats that turn a new caller into a booked visit, including how to answer "How much does it cost?" without losing them.
What's inside?
- The five beats: open warm, find the goal before the price, capture the source, reflect it back and offer two specific times
- The three-sentence answer to the price question
- Other moments that lose the call, and what to do when you miss one
- A daily desk checklist and a weekly call review routine
A preview: answering the price question
Dodging price sends callers to the practice that will tell them. Use three sentences: the price, the context, the time.
"Great question. [Service] starts at [price or range], and [Provider] will give you an exact number at your consultation based on what you want. I have Thursday at 2:00 or Friday at 10:00. Which works better?"
Put it in your own words. The shape is what matters: a real number, the reason it can vary and two specific times.
