The cost of waiting.

The short answer

Multiply the inquiries that never book, or never find you, by the value of a new client and the share you could realistically win. That is roughly what waiting costs each month. Enter your own numbers to see it for a month, a quarter and a year.

How is this calculated?

Inquiries lost each month × average value of a new client × the share you'd realistically book. Nothing else is assumed. It is an estimate built only from your numbers.

What counts as a lost inquiry?

Calls and messages that never turned into a booking, plus people who asked AI or Google and were sent somewhere else. If you aren't sure, start with missed calls and unanswered DMs for one month.

What should you do with the number?

Compare it with what it would cost to fix the leaks: better listings, clearer pages, a trained front desk and follow-up that runs on its own. Why marketing gets cut first, and how to make it the last.
